Omi

In November a contact of ours alerted us about a cat on Athinas Street that was in a very bad condition and could not walk.

Omi turned out to be about 3 years old and he had a pelvic fracture, a leg injury, and also some respiratory issues. Thankfully tests were performed for all infectious diseases and he is negative to all, he was also sterilised and now being fostered in one of our volunteer’s homes, but in an area with many other kittens in a hospitality cage.

Poor Omi has been in the cage for a month now and will slowly be released back into the larger space as he is working normally. Before this we will be taking him back to the vet for a check up about his pelvis and also his breathing.

He cannot possibly go back to the streets again after everything he has been through and we are looking for a forever home for this sweet boy. The home would need to be well fenced and the adoption be done with a contract and a microchip.

Omi He is very friendly with people, licking them and asking for pets all the time and he seems to get on well with other animals too.
