Last Easter two ladies from NY showed us photos of Spartacus, a black and white cat, who was in terrible physical condition. They offered to cover his vet bills and wanted to adopt him. But his health was not stable. Each time he seemed to recover, he developed another condition. The two ladies and Nine Lives decided together that it would be best not to send him back on a long flight to NY with the two ladies.
