Missy is a female rescue cat about 1,5 – 2 years old. She has had some very difficult times in her short life. While living in her previous home, she kept being chased and attacked by the other cat that lived there. No matter how hard we tried, the situation got worse. Finally, one day she escaped through the window and found herself on the street. This was even worse. She was attacked by a very wild cat of the neighborhood and ended up with stitches in her neck and half an ear missing. Fortunately, she was rescued, hospitalized and now she is safe in a foster home.
Understandably, Missy is a bit shy at first but eventually she relaxes and she gets along well with the human of the house. She just needs lots of love. When she feels safe, she plays with her toys like a little kitten. Because of her horrible experiences, she is very afraid of other animals, so we are looking for a home where she will be the only pet. Though she still feels a little insecure if you touch her, she is not aggressive at all. Missy will do better in a home with no young children and she needs to be kept indoors. She is healthy, spayed and FIV/Felv negative. If you’d like more information just click on the pink Contact button below.
