Lykosa and Skia

A tortoiseshell young cat standing in a window with another one peeking out from behind her.

Lykosa and Skia are 15-month-old female tortoiseshell young cats who are looking for a home either together (ideally) or possibly separately. They were found as small kittens in a cardboard box near a very big avenue. It was just a matter of time before they would be hit by a car. Luckily, our volunteer rescued them from this dangerous situation and now they are in a foster home until we find a good permanent place for them to live. They both are really gentle young cats. Though they need some time to trust people, once they’ve learned to accept them they do all the entertaining and funny things that make cats so cute. They like to be cuddled and to play and sleep together. These girls need a loving home where they can feel safe again. The kitties do have one small problem. They both have chronic stomatitis, a problem involving inflammation of the mouth, so they may require antibiotics every once in a while.  They’ve both been vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Restriction: They must be kept indoors. Lykosa and Skia get along fine with other cats.
